KAIN cleanroom courses consist of theoretical and practical trainings. These courses are intended for university students and researchers from academia and industry wishing to acquire knowledge in working in cleanroom environment, get hands-on experience concerning state-of-art cleanroom equipment and an overview over nanofabrication process offered at KAIN cleanroom.
1- Cleanroom introduction and safety course:
At this theoretical training, the audience will be provided with basic information on cleanroom facility and educated about the guidelines and work procedures that must be followed in a cleanroom environment. The participants will also learn about chemical risks and working safely with hazardous substances.
2- Cleanroom practical course:
The purpose of the course is to give a thorough introduction to nanofabrication. Course participants will learn to use some cleanroom processes and equipment together with basic characterization, and learn about the physics behind the processes.
