| Biography Graduated from Grodno State University (Belarus) in 1986. Ph.D. in theoretical physics from Belarusian State University in 1993. More than 25 years of the academic (Chonnam National University, South Korea; Jackson State University, Jackson, MS, USA) and industrial (Waterloo Maple Inc., Canada; Northern Digital Inc., Waterloo, ON, Canada; JDS Uniphase, Ottawa, ON, Canada) experience in numerical modeling and analytical research in the fields of nanotechnology and optics. Serves as a reviewer for several journals in theoretical and mathematical physics and their applications to nanotechnology. Hirsch factor - 8. Present position: Assistant Professor of King Abdullah Institute for Nanotechnology, King Saud University, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Main Scientific Interest: Theoretical analysis and numerical modeling of the electronic, optical and thermodynamic processes taking place in low-dimensional nanostructures with possible applications in photonics, nanoelectronics, quantum computing. |
