| Biography Dr. Mohd Javed Akhtar has completed his Ph.D. in 2012 in the field of biochemical and molecular toxicology evaluating the cellular response of some mineral nanoparticles in human lung epithelial cells. He qualified prestigious CSIR-UGC (JRF-NET) examination in 2007 and got financial support from University Grants Commission (UGC), Govt. of India for his doctoral research. He has joined King Abdullah Institute for Nanotechnology at King Saud University since February 2013. Dr. Akhtar has published more than 26 papers in reputed journals. He is a reviewer for a number of reputed journals like Free Radical Biology and Medicine (FRBM), Journal of Colloid and Interface Science (JCIS), Food and Chemical Toxicology (FCT), Journal of Hazardous Materials (JHZM) Environmental Toxicology (ET), Journal of Nanoparticle Research (JNR) etc. |
