Scanning Probe Microscope (SPM) from Bruker

The NanoScope V functions with many advanced Bruker SPMs, including the MultiMode, MultiMode V, BioScope Catalyst, BioScope II, BioScope SZ, Dimension Icon, Dimension V, Dimension 5000 and EnviroScope atomic force microscopes (AFMs). The NanoScope V Controller is not compatible with the Dimension Metrology Head. The maximum size of the samples is 15mm diameter x 5mm thick.  The size of analysis can go to 300 nm.
