ABSTRACT SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

• Please Submit your Abstract online here. If failed or cannot use online, please send it as attachment to: Nanoksa1@ksu.edu.sa  
• Abstracts should be submitted as MS Word document only. Please don't use any other format.
• Length: Maximum length of Abstract shall not exceed 300 words fitted in one page. Size of 12 pt  and Times New Roman font shall be used and single-spaced.
• Abstract Title and Authors:

The Title of the abstract should be typed in bold letters
(Times new roman, 14, Centered)
First Author*, Second author and Third Author
(Times new roman, 12, Italic, centered)
Affiliation (Department/Faculty, University/Institution, Country)
(Times new roman, 12, Centered)
 

• Corresponding author  contact: Full name, Telephone and Fax Number and Email address shall be provided at the bottom of the Abstract body.
   

• Format: Paragraphs must be justified and  use only SI-units. Use A4 page size (210 mm × 297 mm or 8.27 in × 11.69 in) with top, bottom, left and right margins of 30 mm each.

• Language: English is the official language of the conference and all abstracts must be submitted in English. Abstracts submitted in other languages will not be accepted. 

• Keywords: Author must select a minimum of 5 keywords related to his/her abstract. keywords are listed just at the end of the abstract.

• The Scientific Program Committee will make the final decision on the acceptance or rejection of any abstract. 

• The Committee will send the notification of acceptance of the abstract only to the Presenting Author or the Corresponding Author. It is the responsibility of the Presenting/Corresponding Author to notify the other authors about the status of the abstract.

• If you Register but did not submit your Abstract, or Your Abstract was rejected, you will still be eligible to attend the conference but without presentation (and without cost).
