Extending registration deadline to February 26, 2009

The ICNI organization committee has extended the deadline for registration to February 26, 2009 in order to give more chance to interested researchers to attend this event. We still encourage individuals to register as quickly as possible in order to provide more time for Visa and travelling arrangements.

Registration, Attendance and manuscript publication are FREE

In their last meeting, the ICNI organization committee has decided to make the registration for the conference absolutely free. Accordingly, interested people can now join this leading meeting without any cost except for traveling and accommodation. ICNI is also going to cover the cost of publication of all papers collected in the conference.
